- This offer is valid until 15th December 2017 unless withdrawn earlier
- A 30 minute consult includes consultation with the Orthodontist, intra oral and extra oral photos, intra-oral scans with iTero scanner, `live` 3D treatment simulation.
- Orthodontic x-rays no more than 12 months old will be required before treatment plans can be finalised.
- Only orthodontic treatment plans will be discussed.
- Any written reports will not be included.
- Fees for treatment reports and treatment options will be discussed at the appointment.
